Data we process
When you register, we process attendee and account data such as name, surname, email address, telephone number, professional role, password credentials, ticket code and check-in status. For invoicing we also process billing details, tax code, VAT number where applicable, address, PEC email and/or SDI code.
Why we process it
We use this information to administer registrations, issue and validate attendee passes, manage access to the event, prepare invoices and respond to support requests. Processing is necessary to take steps related to your registration, perform the resulting agreement and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations.
Recipients and retention
Data is available only to authorised event and administrative staff and to providers that support the website, registration and payment process under appropriate contractual safeguards. Registration and invoice information is retained for the period necessary to manage the event and then for the statutory retention periods that apply to accounting records.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Contact us using the email address above.
